About the role

Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW-R) are needed to provide psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and their families. Additionally, there is a need for clinicians specializing in adult therapy.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of children, adolescents, and their families
• Treatment of adults
• Maximize income and set work hours
• Handle administrative tasks such as setting up new patient accounts, marketing, scheduling, collecting copays, billing, record keeping, dictation, and more
• Benefit from strong local referral sources including primary care physicians, pediatricians, hospitals, and local HMOs

Requirements

Must be licensed as an LCSW-R in New York State.

Qualifications

Experience in private practice, treating both children and adults, is preferred.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, ability to manage time effectively, and proficiency in administrative tasks are essential.

Benefits

• Opportunity to earn between $70,000 and $250,000 per year for hours ranging from 21 to 41 per week
• Work as many hours as desired without additional fees
• Maximum annual earnings of $240,000 for LCSW-Rs working 41+ hours per week
• Maximum annual earnings of $240,000 for Ph.D.s working 41+ hours per week

Pay
