About the role
This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country
- May treat a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Help clients achieve measurable progress
- Work independently as a licensed clinician in Massachusetts
- Use modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
- Flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET
Requirements
- Independently licensed and living in Massachusetts
- LICSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- Open to treating a variety of clients
- Confident working with modern clinical technology
- Positive contributor to the clinical community

Pay
Up to $124,300 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
