Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

About the role

This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country.
• Offer a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in San Diego, California.
• Work independently as a licensed clinician in California (LCSW).
• Be available for a minimum of 25 sessions per week with 30 hours of availability.
• Treat a variety of clients including couples and children.
• Help clients achieve measurable progress.
• Use modern clinical technology such as telehealth and EHR tools.
• Collaborate with health systems and primary care providers.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Requirements

• Independently licensed and living in California (LCSW).
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• A behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology.

Pay

Up to $115,400 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
