Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

About the role

This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to Thriveworks' more than 175,000 clients across the country.
• Offer a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Worcester, Massachusetts.
• Be independently licensed and living in [state], as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
• Be consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Act as a behavioral health generalist, open to treating a variety of clients including couples and children.
• Invest in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Work confidently with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Contribute positively to the team environment.

Qualifications

• Compensation up to $124,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
• Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits.
