Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

About the role

This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to over 175,000 clients across the country.
• May treat a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Help clients achieve measurable progress.
• Work independently as a licensed clinician in Georgia.
• Be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Use modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Collaborate with health systems and primary care providers.
• Participate in live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and a vibrant online and in-person community.

Requirements

• Independently licensed and living in Georgia — LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
• A behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors.

Pay

Up to $97,000.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Fully flexible, seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
