About the role
A licensed social worker position on the Social Work Emergency Services team in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services to assist patients and families with personal, family, medical, and environmental challenges.
- Perform psychosocial and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement intervention and treatment plans.
- Participate in discharge planning and outpatient services.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and community agencies to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work.
- LCSW licensure in MA (LICSW preferred).
- Strong clinical skills and experience with therapeutic modalities.
- Familiarity with hospital social work preferred.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
Schedule
4/10-hour shifts from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
