Responsibilities
- Mentor and support new and existing team members
- Lead advanced product demonstrations and consultative discussions
- Provide expert guidance on VISIA®-CRP product capabilities and workflows
- Deliver advanced onboarding and education for customers
- Provide image analysis services to support customers
- Translate imaging results into clear, actionable insights
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on VISIA®-CRP image analysis
- Analyze customer usage data and imaging trends
- Contribute to initiatives that drive revenue growth and improve customer outcomes
- Partner with Product Management to inform roadmap decisions
- Define requirements for customer-facing documentation, training programs, and marketing collateral
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Help establish VISIA®-CRP standards, workflows, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- 5-10 years of demonstrated experience as a product specialist or project manager
- Exceptional leadership abilities and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception to completion
- Willingness to travel to conferences and customer sites

Pay Range
The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually. This range is dependent upon various factors, including experience, education, and current market conditions.
