Responsibilities

  • Mentor and support new and existing team members
  • Lead advanced product demonstrations and consultative discussions
  • Provide expert guidance on VISIA®-CRP product capabilities and workflows
  • Deliver advanced onboarding and education for customers
  • Provide image analysis services to support customers
  • Translate imaging results into clear, actionable insights
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers on VISIA®-CRP image analysis
  • Analyze customer usage data and imaging trends
  • Contribute to initiatives that drive revenue growth and improve customer outcomes
  • Partner with Product Management to inform roadmap decisions
  • Define requirements for customer-facing documentation, training programs, and marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Help establish VISIA®-CRP standards, workflows, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • 5-10 years of demonstrated experience as a product specialist or project manager
  • Exceptional leadership abilities and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception to completion
  • Willingness to travel to conferences and customer sites

Pay Range

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually. This range is dependent upon various factors, including experience, education, and current market conditions.
