Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a full-time Clinical Services, Junior Specimen Processor working from our Pittsburgh, PA office location, with a start date of October 1, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Open incoming specimen shipments received from various sources such as pathology laboratories, hospitals, and clinics, ensuring each specimen is accurately matched with the appropriate documentation.
• Sort specimens based on test type and distribute them to the appropriate staff for processing.
• Scan records into the appropriate systems as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of specimens.
• Perform specimen returns upon completion of testing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support supply chain integrity for both internal operations and external customer needs.
• Follow all safety rules and defined practices.
• Communicate any issues to supervisors as appropriate.
