Clinical Services Coordinator OBGYN
About the role
Responsible for file management, account processing, CMA responsibilities, and financial/insurance management for OB/GYN and MFM accounts. This includes Referral/Authorization requirements, both in-house and external consultation coordination, Perinatal Risk Assessments, and documentation review.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Maintain current certification or registration from an accredited institution, eg.: AAMA, NHA, AMT
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, computers and online systems
