CLINICAL SERVICE DIRECTOR

Salary: $135,000 - $145,000 annually

About the role

Lead healthcare transformation for older adults at CenterLight Healthcare Systems. Provide leadership for interdisciplinary healthcare teams while helping older adults remain safely and independently in their communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) operations and participant outcomes.
• Direct and support clinical and operational managers across multiple service lines.
• Ensure development and evaluation of participant-centered care plans.
• Monitor operational, quality, and clinical performance metrics.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to enhance care delivery processes.
• Ensure clinical documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and support regulatory compliance readiness.
• Oversee incident investigations and participant concerns.
• Conduct audits and reviews to promote compliance.
• Mentor, coach, and develop interdisciplinary leaders and staff.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted RN license in New York State.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Minimum 3 years recent acute care nursing experience.
• Experience working with elderly populations in PACE, MLTC, CHHA, or similar settings.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years supervisory or management experience (preferred).
• PACE experience (preferred).
• Bilingual skills (preferred).
• Experience leading interdisciplinary healthcare teams (preferred).

Schedule

• Monday-Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM).
