We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The job overview is given. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content for Overview (job overview), Duties & Responsibilities, Minimum Qualifications (degrees, experience, licenses, etc.), Additional Requirements, Salary Information (Pay), Benefits Information, Shift (Schedule). Also maybe "Qualifications" could combine Minimum Qualifications and Additional Requirements? The instructions: Use headings for those categories. We need to decide which sections to include. We have: - Job Overview: description of role. Could be "About the role". Use

About the role

then

with overview. - Duties & Responsibilities: list of duties. Use

Responsibilities

then
  • ... each bullet. - Minimum Qualifications: includes Degrees, Experience, Licenses & Certifications, Additional Requirements (variety of licenses acceptable...). Could be under "Qualifications". We'll have

    Qualifications

then maybe sub-sections? But we only allowed headings from list; we can't add custom headings. So we need to put qualifications content under

    Qualifications

as prose or lists. We have also "Competency None" - ignore. Salary Information: we have Pay range. So

    Pay

    with

    containing the range. Benefits Information:

    Benefits

    with

describing benefits. Schedule: we have Shift: M-F 8a-5p; some additional hours may be required based on staff needs. Also status full time. So

    Schedule

    with

. We should not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove EEO statement, legal boilerplate, application instructions, etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract details. Job Overview paragraph: "Clinical Practice Specialists focus on either nursing or behavioral health practice and serve as leaders in advancing clinical excellence. They improve patient outcomes and care delivery through evidence-based practice, consultation, education, and research. Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, they influence practice across the care continuum and help establish and uphold organizational standards" That's the overview. Duties & Responsibilities: list items: - Evidence-Based Practice & Research * Designs and implements evidence-based, cost-effective interventions, advancing nursing or behavioral health practice and supporting patient and family empowerment. * Promotes evidence-based knowledge in policies, procedures, and education strategies tailored to patient/family needs and readiness to learn. * Provides expert consultation and coaching for patients with complex needs; delivers direct care within scope when needed. * Leads, mentors, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams on identifying, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based practices and research. * Conducts or partners in research to address gaps in knowledge, evaluates impact using scientific methods, and disseminates findings through presentations and publications. - Quality Improvement * Assesses the care environment to identify improvement opportunities, integrating patient safety principles and identifying/resolving safety issues. * Collaborates on and leads initiatives promoting a non-punitive culture for reporting errors and near misses; supports safety recognition programs. * Leads or participates in systematic quality and safety efforts using root cause analysis, process evaluation, and outcome measurement. * Mentors others in planning and implementing change, anticipating intended and unintended outcomes, while managing resources responsibly. - Systems Leadership * Builds partnerships across teams and systems using leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; serves as a change agent aligned with organizational goals. * Develops and consults on population-specific programs that reflect patient and family needs, strengths, and cultural values. * Advocates for nursing/behavioral health contributions and equitable care in healthcare policy, organizational decision-making, and community initiatives. * Contributes to the broader healthcare knowledge base through professional engagement, publications, and leadership in organizations. * Facilitates professional development through education, coaching, and reflective practice, supporting clinical growth among staff and students. * Participates in the evaluation of equipment, supplies, and policies impacting practice; provides specialty consultation and supports nurses practicing to the full scope of their role. We need to preserve all these bullet points. Could group under subheadings? Not allowed. So just a flat list? Might be okay to keep them as list items; but we lose grouping. However instructions: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can just put all duties as list items. It's okay. Minimum Qualifications: Degrees: Master of Science. Area of Study: Master of Science in Nursing is required for a nursing specialty. Experience: Minimum Experience Required: 5 years clinical and pediatric experience Equivalency: Not Applicable (we can ignore as filler? Schedule: "Department: Pediatric Mental Health Institute, Anschutz Medical Campus with some travel Status: Full Time, Benefits Eligible Shift: M-F 8a-5p; some additional hours may be required based on staff needs" We need Schedule section: maybe include shift and status. Also department? Could be included in schedule or about role? Probably schedule. We should not include "Department:" as heading; we can include in schedule paragraph. We must not include EEO statement, legal, application instructions, etc. Now construct HTML. We'll have:
