Clinical RN Educator - Integrated Spine

About the role

Creates and implements staff education and professional development activities to enhance patient outcomes in a newly integrated inpatient spine unit. The role involves onsite work, with a focus on education, compliance, and professional growth within a specialized spine care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Collaborate with staff and external organizations to develop and present training and continuing education.
• Promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance through participation in relevant activities.
• Work with leadership to identify educational needs and develop appropriate plans.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred.
• RN license required.
• 2-5 years of experience; 5-10 years preferred.
• Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification is desirable.
