Clinical Resource Nurse RN Nights

Role Overview: Serves as a critical care liaison and clinical resource, conducting interventions focused on care coordination and utilization. Key Responsibilities Perform frequent rounds to nursing and hospital units, providing clinical consultation and ensuring effective care coordination.Optimize healthcare team interventions by delivering advanced, anticipatory care to achieve safe, optimal outcomes for patients and families.Coordinate care across departments to meet outcomes management and system improvement goals.Educate staff on effective and safe patient care practices.Participate in outcome data analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions for service and safety enhancements.Attend Medical Emergency Response (MET) calls, providing clinical support and direct patient care as needed.Administer medications within licensure scope, assess medication effects, and document per policies and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience.Certifications in BLS and ACLS through recognized providers, valid through sixty days of employment.Critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work independently, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
