Clinical Research Program Manager C
About the role
The Program Manager provides strategic, administrative, and operational management for the Department of Surgery, with a focus in the research program of Dr. Ronald DeMatteo, Chair of Surgery. The position works with Dr. DeMatteo and other leadership within the Department as well as collaborators to strengthen partnerships, expand research capacity, and advance the program's scientific mission.
Responsibilities
- Develops sustainable research infrastructure and builds operational systems and best practices.
- Leads pre- and post-award grant administration, internal and external research communications, and general administrative responsibilities related to the research efforts within the Department.
- Manages relationships between Dr. DeMatteo, collaborating investigators, sponsors, other academic centers, research staff, and administrative offices.
- Leducational research programs, event planning in collaboration with other stakeholders, and general correspondence coordination on behalf of Dr. DeMatteo.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Master's degree and 5-7 years of experience preferred.
Pay
Pay Range: $91,066.00 - $117,901.00 Annual Rate

Contingent upon grant funding.
