Clinical Research Nurse II- School of Medicine, Nephrology
Responsibilities
- Conducts clinical research visits
- Manages participant recruitment and screening
- Reviews laboratory results
- Maintains accurate and compliant research documentation
- Oversees data collection
- Makes referrals to in-house or community professionals
- Serves as clinical resource
- Collaborates with principal investigators and multidisciplinary teams
- Supports the safe handling of investigational drugs or devices
- Trains research coordinators and lab staff on clinical procedures and screening workflows
- Contributes to study reports, publications, and presentations
Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia
- Three years of related nursing experience
- Credentialed through Emory Healthcare under the category of RN II
Qualifications
Employees in this classification may be required to work in-person at an Emory University location. Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion.
