Responsibilities

  • Conducts clinical research visits
  • Manages participant recruitment and screening
  • Reviews laboratory results
  • Maintains accurate and compliant research documentation
  • Oversees data collection
  • Makes referrals to in-house or community professionals
  • Serves as clinical resource
  • Collaborates with principal investigators and multidisciplinary teams
  • Supports the safe handling of investigational drugs or devices
  • Trains research coordinators and lab staff on clinical procedures and screening workflows
  • Contributes to study reports, publications, and presentations

Requirements

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia
  • Three years of related nursing experience
  • Credentialed through Emory Healthcare under the category of RN II

Qualifications

Employees in this classification may be required to work in-person at an Emory University location. Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion.
