Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of internal quality assurance procedures
• Conduct audits and reviews of clinical research protocols and data
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities
• Support the training and development of new employees in quality assurance practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Sciences, Clinical Research)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research or quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
