About the role
The University of Pittsburgh, Department of Neurology is seeking a Research Clinical Coordinator to assist with several clinical research projects.
Responsibilities
- Assists with and adheres to Institutional Review Board (IRB) renewal, modification, and approved protocols.
- Recruits research subjects and conducts interviews and research assessments.
- Schedules tests, procedures, recruits patients, conducts research visits, collects, delivers, and processes blood samples, and performs data entry.
- Assists with grant application processes.
Requirements
- Must be able to get around a university setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
Skills
- Ability to adhere to Institutional Review Board protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
