Clinical Research Coordinator – Phlebotomy & Patient Care - Warren, NJ

About the role

IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join their Warren, NJ research site. This position offers an opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of active studies, contribute to the development of new therapies, and be part of a growing research team.

Responsibilities

• Cook up clinical trials from study startup through closeout
• Serve as a key point of contact for study participants, sponsors, and CROs
• Conduct study visits and perform patient-facing procedures, including phlebotomy and vital signs
• Ensure protocol compliance and adherence to FDA, ICH-GCP, and sponsor requirements
• Maintain accurate source documentation and regulatory records
• Identify, document, and report adverse events per protocol requirements
• Support monitoring visits, audits, and sponsor communications

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience
• Experience coordinating industry-sponsored investigational product (IP) clinical trials
• Strong phlebotomy skills and patient interaction experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• CCRC certification preferred
