About the role

IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join their team in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of clinical research experience and phlebotomy skills.

Responsibilities

• Care for coordination and management of clinical trials
• Perform study-related procedures such as phlebotomy and collection of clinical data
• Communicate with sponsors, CROs, monitors, IRBs, laboratories, and study participants
• Achieve accurate documentation, data entry, and regulatory compliance
• Monitor and report adverse events and maintain study records
• Support investigators and research staff throughout study execution

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of clinical research experience
• Phlebotomy experience required
• Ability to manage multiple studies and work independently
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
• CRC Certification preferred

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical research setting
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in data management and record keeping
