Clinical Research Coordinator- Immunology and Immunotherapy

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the activities related to clinical research including, but not limited to: obtaining informed consent and screening participants for eligibility.
  • Assists in the collection of specimen from different departments in the hospital for analysis in the lab.
  • Maintains source documents in accordance with Mount Sinai policies and procedures.
  • Ensures accurate, confidential and complete compilation of data.
  • Enters relevant clinical information in the REDCap database.
  • May assist in the preparation for regulatory agency site visits.
  • Assists with IRB submissions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in science or related field preferred or a combination of relevant research experience and education.
    • 0-2 years of research/human subjects experience.

    Preferred Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in science or related field preferred, or a combination of relevant research experience and education.
    • 0-2 years of clinical or laboratory research experience.
    • Candidates who are planning to attend medical or graduate school in the future are encouraged to apply.
    • Appropriate verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
    • Organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.

      Compensation

      The salary range for the role is $17 - $41.0783 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need.
