About the role
The CRC works within the clinical research program and supports the research team in conducting clinical trials under Good Clinical Practice. They are responsible for primary data collection, ensuring timely trial assessments, and maintaining participant binders.
Responsibilities
- Primary data collection and management of patient clinical information
- Facilitation of trial assessments and collection of protocol-related samples
- Maintain and organize study participant/subject trial binders and regulatory binders
- Prepare and submit regulatory related reports and IRB submissions
- Screen patients for protocol eligibility, obtain informed consent, and register study participants
- Organize and prepare for both internal and external auditing and study monitoring visits
- Coordinate and manage clinical trials throughout their lifecycle
- Communicate with sponsors and regulatory authorities during close-out
- Manage tissue sample collection per trial requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 2 years of relevant experience as a Dana-Farber Clinical Research Coordinator
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in medical or scientific research or a technology-oriented business environment

- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
