About the role
The Clinical Research Coordinator II/III will be responsible for managing clinical research projects within the Behavioral Medicine & Clinical Psychology department. This includes coordinating study logistics, managing participant recruitment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of clinical research studies
- Coordinate with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
- Oversee participant recruitment and retention
- Prepare and submit required documents and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate study implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research
- Experience with regulatory compliance and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Current certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Knowledge of IRB processes and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis tools
