Clinical Research Coordinator II/III - Behavioral Medicine & Clinical Psychology (JR222060)

About the role

The Clinical Research Coordinator II/III will be responsible for managing clinical research projects within the Behavioral Medicine & Clinical Psychology department. This includes coordinating study logistics, managing participant recruitment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of clinical research studies
  • Coordinate with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
  • Oversee participant recruitment and retention
  • Prepare and submit required documents and reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate study implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Current certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
  • Knowledge of IRB processes and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of statistical analysis tools
