About the role
This position within the Prevail Lab at Emory University Nell Hodgson School of Nursing will support multiple studies focused on Alzheimer’s Disease prevention.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates all aspects of study visits
- Performs phlebotomy
- Conducts cognitive testing
- Carries out vascular ultrasound
- Processes and prepares wet lab biospecimens for shipping
- Affixes to participant recruitment and outreach
Requirements
- Preferred candidates must be certified/experienced in phlebotomy
- The Clinical Research Coordinator handles or assists with the administrative activities generally associated with the conduct of clinical trials
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and three years of administrative support experience
- Two years of college in a scientific, health related, or business administration program and one year of admin support or customer service experience
- A licensed as a practical nurse (LPN) and one year admin support or one year of licensed practical nursing experience
- A Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, MD or PhD in a scientific, health related or business administration program

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 annually.
Schedule
The position is full-time and requires in-person attendance at an Emory University location. Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion.
