Clinical Research Coordinator - Breast Oncology Cohorts Program
About the role
The CRC works within the Breast Oncology Cohort Studies clinical research program at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. They support the research team in conducting clinical trials following Good Clinical Practice under the guidance of the Principal Investigator and Clinical Research Manager. Responsibilities include primary data collection and management, ensuring timely trial assessments and sample collection, maintaining participant binders, and supporting IRB protocol submissions.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate trial assessments and collection of protocol-related samples
- Maintain and organize study participant/subject trial binders and regulatory binders
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and IRB submissions
- Manage data reporting and management, case report forms, adverse events reporting, and study record archiving
- Coordinate and manage clinical trials throughout their lifecycle, including communication with sponsors and regulatory authorities
- Close out clinical trials, contribute to research articles, and communicate with regulatory agencies
- Interact with study participants as directed by the protocol
- Collect and prepare tissue samples as required by the trial
- Enter Subject Visit Tracking information and data on study-specific activities into the Clinical Trial Management System
- Contribute to audit preparation and communication with regulatory agencies
Requirements
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year of Dana-Farber Associate Clinical Research Coordinator experience. Experience in a medical or scientific research setting or a comparable technology-oriented business environment is preferred. Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively.

$48,100.00 - $54,400.00
