Responsibilities
- Lead coordinator on a study
- Execute follow-up visits for ongoing studies
- Resolve queries
- Perform study-specific tasks
- Document review
- Data entry
- Test material preparation
- Data collection
- Coordinate and execute projects
- Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
- Set up and conduct study
- Conduct pre-study meetings
- Respond to queries from Quality Assurance and Statistics departments
- Prepare and maintain study documentation
- Ensure compliance with protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), applicable regulations, and GCPs
- Monitor compliance of panelists
- Prepare and be accountable for all Test Material
- Adhere to study budget
- Organize and maintain study documentation
- Ensure staff understands and performs duties according to protocol, SOPs, and GCPs
- Schedule subjects for visits
- Complete other duties or tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Associate Degree or 2 years minimum of relevant work experience with a GED or High School Diploma
- Understands basic concepts in clinical research and capable of learning and performing duties during clinical studies
- Able to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment
