Clinical Research Coordinator

The Clinical Research Coordinator role involves managing multiple clinical trials, performing clinical procedures, and coordinating study activities from patient recruitment to regulatory documentation. Responsibilities include overseeing 2–6 concurrent trials of varying complexity, conducting patient recruitment, obtaining informed consent, leading clinical procedures, and collaborating with investigators, sponsors, and monitors throughout the trial lifecycle. The position also involves mentoring junior staff and supporting internal training initiatives. Candidates should have 1–3 years of clinical research experience at an investigative site or over 3 years as a CRC, with hands-on skills in vital signs, phlebotomy, ECGs, and specimen processing. A solid understanding of site operations and drug development processes, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CTMS, eCRF systems, and Microsoft Office are essential.
