The Position As a Clinical Research Coordinator at Panorama Eyecare, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver the best eyecare. The Role Our Clinical Research Coordinators are medical professionals that are responsible for the management and well-being of ophthalmic patients enrolled in clinical trials. They will work with the entire health care team to provide exceptional care to study patients and ensure that studies are conducted in an accurate and ethical manner. Responsible for all study patient care including but not limited to: performing study related testing, educating and consenting participants, dispensing study product, scheduling visits, completing source documentation, distributing stipends, and communicating with participantsPromotes and enrolls clinical research patients into research programAttends study surgeries and provides guidance for ASC staffIdentifies potential Adverse Events/Serious Adverse Events and follows reporting requirementsReceives, manages, and dispenses investigational productConducts calibration checks on all study equipmentTracks study supply inventory and re-orders as necessaryAttends periodic investigator meetingsFacilitates communication between ECNC and all Sponsors, IRBs, and labsCaptures accurate and detailed source informationCompletes data entry for all studiesAssists study monitors with data review and query resolutionEnsures study logs are completed in an appropriate and timely mannerTrains study and clinic staff on protocol requirements and changesEnsures highest level of protocol compliance at all timesSelf-study is required to obtain/maintain Certified Clinical Research Coordinator Certification within 30 months of employmentMaintains Good Clinical Practice CertificationCoordinates scheduling needs with other departmentsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to acquire additional skills as necessary to perform the study being conductedPerforms additional duties when necessary Requirements Who You Are High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience utilizing Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, etc.)COA/COT and/or CCRC preferred. Certifications must be maintained.GCP certification maintenance requiredPrior experience with human subjects.Prior research related experience preferredPhlebotomy certification preferred Additional Job Details Works at our clinic location, Eye Center of Northern Colorado - Precision (3151 Precision Dr, Fort Collins, CO).This is a Full-Time Position.Compensation for this role will be $27 - $33 an hour based on experience/certification.
