About the role
The Clinical Research Coordinator is responsible for completing clinical trial assignments in an accurate and timely manner under the close supervision of a senior staff member. The role involves carrying out all research activities according to Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and OCRI standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities
- Complete clinical trial assignments accurately and on time
- Adhere to FDA regulations, ICH Guidelines, GCP, and OCRI standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused with a large volume of work and against pressing deadlines
- Demonstrated success in meeting deadlines, working independently, being innovative and proactive in solving problems, and learning medical terminology
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and electronic data capture systems
- Strong organizational skills
- At least one year of research experience preferred
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree
- Clinical Research Coordinator certification (CCRC) preferred
