Job Requirements
Experience Required: Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience with human subjects or clinical research, including participant interaction and data collection.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, study activities, and multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and experience with data entry/management systems (e.g., REDCap or similar).
- Ability to work effectively with clinical populations, including individuals with neurological or mobility impairments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with participants, clinicians, and research staff.
- Familiarity with research protocols and regulatory standards (e.g., IRB, HIPAA); background in exercise science, biomechanics, or rehabilitation is a plus.
