Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical trial activities from start-up through close-out
- Support patient recruitment, screening, enrollment, and study visits
- Maintain study documentation and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with sponsors, CROs, investigators, and site staff
- Ensure participant safety, protocol adherence, and data quality
Requirements
- 2+ years of Clinical Research Coordinator or Clinical Research Associate experience
- Strong knowledge of GCP and clinical trial regulations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in a science or healthcare-related field preferred
- Startup experience is a plus
