About the role

The Clinical Research Coordinator will support high-quality study execution and help expand site capacity in a busy clinical research environment. They will be responsible for preparing and carrying out clinical visits, maintaining accurate study documentation, and ensuring smooth clinic flow.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients into a professional, supportive, and efficient clinic environment
  • Preparing and conducting clinical visits with strong attention to detail
  • Maintaining accurate study documentation and records
  • Supporting clinic flow through effective coordination with physicians, team members, and study stakeholders
  • Responding to sponsors, clients, and research partners with responsive, professional communication
  • Assisting the site leadership team with accountability, sound judgment, and readiness to learn clinical research operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; 1-2 years of professional experience or demonstrated work maturity and accountability
  • No clinical research experience required - training provided
  • Onsite Monday-Friday position
  • Flexible schedule and ability to handle a demanding workload
  • Self-motivated, energetic, positive, and focused on exceptional patient care
  • Organized, skilled at problem-solving, planning, and being proactive
  • Belief in high quality and strong compliance and execution in daily work

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
