About the Role
DelRicht is a clinical research company dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience to all patients that participate in our clinical trials. Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! Responsibilities
- Provide quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies
- Ensure patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic
- Complete patient visits accurately and efficiently, with 100% adherence to clinical trial protocols
- Execute patient enrollment and retention activities with focus and follow-through
- Perform intramuscular (IM) injections safely and accurately
- Enter clinical data accurately and on time across various medical record systems and platforms
- Lead and serve as main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials
- Ensure sponsors and clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic and assure we are always providing clear, constant communication with them when they are off site
- Provide physicians with timely patient and protocol updates that reinforce confidence in the site team
Requirements
- 1+ year of professional experience, ideally in a medical or clinical environment
Qualifications
- Active medical assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA) or nursing (VN, LPN, or RN) license (preferred)
- B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university (preferred)
- Professional experience in a patient-facing or healthcare position (preferred)
- Experience in an on-site, customer-facing role (preferred)
- Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Pay
Base Salary: $60,000-$67,000
Schedule
Full-Time 40+ hrs
