About the Role

DelRicht is a clinical research company dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience to all patients that participate in our clinical trials. Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! Main Objective

  • Patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic
  • Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, with 100% adherence to clinical trial protocols
  • Patient enrollment and retention activities are executed with focus and follow-through
  • Perform intramuscular (IM) injections safely and accurately
  • Clinical data is entered accurately and on time across various medical record systems and platforms
  • Lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials
  • Ensuring sponsors and clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic and assuring we are always providing clear, constant communication with them when they are off site
  • Physicians receive timely patient and protocol updates that reinforce confidence in the site team

Qualifications & Skills

Required: 1+ year of professional experience, ideally in a medical or clinical environment

Preferred: Active medical assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA) or nursing (VN, LPN, or RN) license

Preferred: B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university

Preferred: Professional experience in a patient-facing or healthcare position

Preferred: Experience in an on-site, customer-facing role

Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Pay & Schedule

Full-Time 40+ hrs. Location: Hendersonville, TN with 20% flex to our Smyrna, TN clinic. Base Salary: $60,000-$67,000.
