Responsibilities

  • Support study visits and protocol adherence
  • Communicate effectively with patients and internal teams
  • Ensure accurate and efficient patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment
  • Guide patients through the study journey to ensure attendance and completion of required visits
  • Enter clinical and visit data into required systems and platforms
  • Prepare and execute study volumes, including vaccine-related trials
  • Organize daily clinic operations and handle issues appropriately
  • Prioritize tasks and make confident decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant field
  • Strong communication and judgment skills in fast-paced environments
  • A decisive and solutions-oriented approach
  • A high level of attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • An interest in growing into a leadership role
  • A collaborative and patient-focused mindset

Skills

  • Quick learning of protocols, systems, and clinical workflows
  • Willingness to step up and take initiative
  • Leadership potential

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare, clinical research, clinic operations, or patient-facing experience
  • Leadership roles such as charge nurse, team lead, or shift supervisor
  • RN, LPN, MA, scribe, urgent care, EDC entry, or other clinical background
  • Experience with blood draws, patient visits, or clinical procedures
