Clinical Research Coordinator

About the role

A leading early-phase clinical research site in Miami is seeking a hands-on Clinical Research Coordinator to manage Phase I and early-phase studies from startup through closeout in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical pharmacology unit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical trials from protocol review through study closeout
• Screen and enroll subjects, obtain informed consent, and manage study visits
• Perform clinical procedures (vitals, ECGs, phlebotomy) and support PK sampling
• Manage EDC data entry, source documentation, and query resolution
• Track and report adverse events per protocol requirements
• Liaise directly with Principal Investigators, sponsors, and CROs
• Support monitoring visits and manage investigational product per protocol

Requirements

• Hands-on clinical research coordination experience — Phase I / clinical pharmacology / healthy volunteer studies strongly preferred
• Confident working with protocols, informed consent, and EDC systems
• Strong communicator, detail-oriented, comfortable operating independently
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, not required
• Must be based in or willing to work on-site full-time in Miami, FL
