Full-time
We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invented details. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove duplicated EEO statements. We need to parse the posting. Job Summary: description about role. That could be "About the role". Use

About the role

then

with that summary. Responsibilities: there is a "Responsibilities*" section with bullet list. We'll extract bullet points. We have "Main Responsibilities And Characteristic Duties" then list items separated by line breaks? Let's extract: - Develop and maintain an understanding of study-related concepts, including research design and diabetes - Recruit research participants - Conduct participant outreach and communication - Schedule participant visits and complete follow-up activities - Collect data, including through verbally administered surveys - Enter and upload data and perform quality assurance checks - Complete study-related documentations - Communicate effectively with the study team, including attending weekly team meetings - Perform participant safety-related responsibilities, including distinguishing among adverse events (AEs), serious adverse events (SAEs), and other reportable information and occurrences (ORIOs), and reporting them appropriately Also there is a line: "We maintain high expectations for ethical conduct, professionalism, effective communication, and teamwork." That's more of expectation; could be part of responsibilities or maybe separate but we can include as a bullet or paragraph. Probably include as bullet. Then "Supervision Received" etc. That's more metadata; maybe not needed as separate heading; could be part of About the role? But we can include under Responsibilities? Might be better to include under "About the role" or separate "Supervision". But we only have allowed headings; we could put under "About the role" as prose. "Supervision Exercised None" not needed. "Additional Expectation Based On Career Level" includes details about CRC Associate, Technician, Assistant. That's more qualifications/expectations; could go under Requirements or Qualifications. We have "Required Qualifications*" with sub-bullets for each level. Then "Underfill Qualifications". Then "Desired Qualifications*". Also "Modes of Work", "Work Schedule", "Background Screening", EEO statements (to remove), etc. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for About the role (job summary). Responsibilities (list). Requirements: maybe "Required Qualifications" and "Underfill Qualifications". Qualifications: maybe "Desired Qualifications". Skills: maybe we can extract from desired qualifications like understanding medical terminology, ability to communicate, knowledge of university policies, etc. Could put under Skills. Benefits: not mentioned explicitly. No benefits details. So we should not include Benefits section. Pay: not mentioned. So omit. Schedule: there is "Work Schedule" section: "Positions may be eligible for hybrid work... Work hours will be flexible. A combination of core business hours (Monday through Friday 9am-5pm) and weekend and evening hours will be required to support study requirements. Primary work location is at Domino's Farms in Ann Arbor." Also "Modes of Work" similar. So we have schedule info. So include Schedule section. We also have "Modes of Work" which is similar; we can incorporate into Schedule. We need to avoid duplication. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

About the role

This position will serve as a Clinical Research Coordinator Associate (may be underfilled at Clinical Research Coordinator Technician or Assistant). The position is within the Division of Metabolism, Endocrinology, and Diabetes (MEND) and will provide study coordination support to University of Michigan faculty and research teams specializing in diabetes research. The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) may coordinate multiple clinical research studies ranging from moderate to complex. We seek candidates who can perform clinical research tasks independently, efficiently, and accurately to produce high-quality work, as well as those who are interested in mastering these skills. Given the nature of the research activities, the ideal candidate will be technologically proficient, particularly with digital, mobile, and computer-based systems, and will have flexibility in their working hours. Candidates should be able (or willing to develop the ability) to perform most tasks independently, conduct quality checks of their own work, identify and use appropriate resources and support, and recognize when to escalate issues requiring additional intervention.

Then Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high expectations for ethical conduct, professionalism, effective communication, and teamwork
Now Requirements: maybe combine Required Qualifications and Underfill Qualifications. But we need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract Required Qualifications for each level. Required Qualifications* Clinical Research Coordinator - Associate: - Bachelor's Degree in Health Science or equivalent in combined education and clinical research experience. - Certification is required through Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) as a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or Society of Clinical Research Association (SOCRA) as a Certified Clinical Research Professionals (CCRP) or equivalent. - Candidates must be eligible to register or take the exam at date of hire and the certification must be completed or passed etc. within six months of date of hire. - Minimum 2 years of directly related experience in clinical research and clinical trials is necessary. Clinical Research Coordinator - Assistant: - High school diploma or GED is necessary. We need to keep all that. Could be a bit long but okay. We'll put under

Requirements

and then maybe subheadings? But we only allowed

for section headings; we could still use

paragraphs and

lists inside. We'll not add extra headings beyond allowed ones. So we can have a

introducing that requirements vary by level, then lists. We'll need to preserve the specifics. Let's craft:

    Requirements

Requirements differ depending on the level of the position (Associate, Technician, or Assistant).

    Clinical Research Coordinator – Associate

but we cannot use h4 because only allowed headings are h3 for sections. However we could still use or just plain text. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings. It might be okay to use other headings for sub-sections? Safer to avoid extra headings; we can use

    with bold text. We'll do:

    Clinical Research Coordinator – Associate

    • Bachelor's Degree in Health Science or equivalent in combined education and clinical research experience.
    • Certification required through ACRP as CCRC or SOCRA as CCRP (or equivalent). Must be eligible to register/take exam at hire and complete/pass within six months.
    • Minimum 2 years of directly related experience in clinical research and clinical trials.
Similarly for Technician and Assistant. We'll need to avoid repeating "Underfill Qualifications" label; just present. Now Qualifications (Desired Qualifications): we have desired qualifications for each level, many overlapping. We'll combine. Desired Qualifications* Clinical Research Coordinator - Associate: - 4+ years of direct related experience. - Bachelor's Degree; Health Science field preferred or related certification. - Understanding of medical terminology. - Experience in a large, complex, healthcare setting. - Ability to effectively communicate with staff and faculty of all levels. - Knowledge of University policies and procedures. Clinical Research Coordinator - Technician: - Bachelor's Degree; Health Science field preferred or related certification. - Understanding of medical terminology. - Experience in a large, complex, healthcare setting. - Ability to effectively communicate with staff and faculty of all levels. - Knowledge of University policies and procedures. Clinical Research Coordinator - Assistant: - Bachelor's Degree; Health Science field preferred or related certification. - Understanding of medical terminology. - Experience in a large complex health care setting. - Ability to effectively communicate with staff and faculty of all levels. - Knowledge of university policies and procedures. We can combine into a list under Qualifications. Now Skills: we could extract from desired qualifications: understanding medical terminology, ability to communicate, knowledge of university policies, etc. But we might just put those under Skills. But we already have Qualifications covering desired qualifications; Skills could be things like "technologically proficient with digital, mobile, and computer-based systems", "flexibility in working hours", "independent work", "quality checks", "resource identification", "escalation". Those are from job summary. We'll put those under Skills. Now Schedule: we have info. Let's draft Schedule section:

    Schedule

Positions may be eligible for hybrid work. Work hours will be flexible, requiring a combination of core business hours (Monday through Friday 9am‑5pm) and weekend and evening hours to support study requirements. The primary work location is at Domino's Farms in Ann Arbor.

We could also mention that work agreements are reviewed annually etc., but that's more generic; we can include as part of schedule. Now we need to ensure we didn't include boilerplate like EEO statements, background screening (maybe we could include background screening under Requirements? It's not a requirement but a condition. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Background screening is legal/HR boilerplate; likely should be removed. So we omit. Now check for duplicated lines: we have removed duplicate EEO. Now ensure we haven't invented any detail. All content derived. Now output only HTML fragment. Let's craft final HTML. We need to ensure proper nesting. We'll output:

    About the role

    ...

    Responsibilities

      ...

    Requirements

Requirements differ depending on the level of the position (Associate, Technician, or Assistant).

    Clinical Research Coordinator – Associate

    • Bachelor's Degree in Health Science or equivalent in combined education and clinical research experience.
