Clinical Research Associate Manager (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Research Associate Manager (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee a team of Clinical Research Associates and help ensure effective execution of clinical research activities across the country or local market. The position focuses on workforce coordination, performance management, and hands-on support for site and CRA operations while partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders. You will also contribute to resource planning, capability alignment, and the smooth resolution of operational issues that affect trial delivery. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $142,400 – $224,100 annually Responsibilities Manage a team of 6-14 Clinical Research Associates Allocate work and conduct performance appraisals Provide training and mentoring to CRAs Collaborate with local stakeholders to align country capabilities Resolve operational issues with sites and CRAs Contribute to capacity planning and resource allocation Attend local Investigator Meetings as needed Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in Clinical Research 3+ years of CRA monitoring experience Line management or team leader experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in Science; advanced degree preferred Fluent in local language and business proficient in English Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and trial management systems Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid holidays and vacation days Compassionate and sick leave Additional benefits information available online Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
