Clinical Research Associate Manager - Neurology (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Research Associate Manager - Neurology (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead a team of CRAs supporting neurology studies and help drive consistent study execution across assigned sites and local stakeholders. The position is focused on people leadership, operational oversight, and resolving issues that could affect trial performance. You will partner closely with CRAs and internal management to support capacity planning, performance management, and timely escalation of site-related concerns. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $142,400 – $224,100 annually Responsibilities Manage a team of 6-14 CRAs to ensure study performance Allocate work and conduct performance appraisals Provide input for capacity planning and resource allocation Collaborate with CRAs and local stakeholders to support process consistency Resolve operational issues with sites and CRAs Attend local Investigator Meetings as needed Escalate site performance issues to management Qualifications 5+ years in Clinical Research 3+ years as a CRA monitoring clinical trials Line management or team leader experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in Science; advanced degree preferred Fluent in the local language and business proficient in English Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and trial management systems Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid holidays and vacation days Compassionate and sick leave Support for employee and family healthcare needs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
