Responsibilities

• Works under the direction of a supervisor to assist in tasks supporting the coordination/implementation of noncomplex research studies.
• Collects, evaluates, and/or abstracts clinical research data.
• Completes Case Report Forms (CRFs).
• Prescreens potential research participants and schedules research visits.
• Assists with regulatory submissions to the Institutional Review Board (IRB).
• Assists with clinical trial budgets and patient research billing.
• Prepares and ships samples and maintains study supplies and kits.
• Maintains compliance with protocols and ensures adherence to federal and local guidelines.
• Serves as a point of contact for external sponsors and attends meetings as directed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Sociology, or related field (preferred)
• 1 year of clinical research experience (preferred)
