Clinical Research Assistant- Neurology

About the Role

To provide assistance in support of clinical research studies within the Department of Neurology, Division of Huntington's Neurology in partnership with the College of Medicine (COM) Center for Clinical Research Management (CCRM). Responsibilities include assisting with implementation and coordination of studies, participating in recruitment of study participants, performing behavioral or diagnostic testing, and assisting with collection, maintenance, and reporting of clinical research data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in biological sciences, health sciences, or medical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a research capacity.
• Knowledge or experience in the specialty (Huntington's Neurology).
• Experience in phlebotomy.
• Experience performing basic laboratory procedures to process biological specimens.
• Computer skills with knowledge of database software applications.

Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post-offer process.
