About the Role

Entity Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is seeking a Clinical Liaison to join our team. This position is located at the LAN - Rehab Center - IP (LMC) and offers a competitive salary grade of Health-27 with a scheduled weekly hour of 40 and a work shift of Day (United States of America).

Responsibilities

• Drive census growth by achieving and exceeding referral goals.
• Serve as a trusted guide through the referral-to-admission process.
• Represent our brand at community events, hospitals, and outreach initiatives.
• Analyze market data to uncover new referral opportunities and territories.
• Identify and overcome admission barriers to support patient access.
• Deliver impactful in-services and presentations to referral sources and community partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a healthcare clinical or tech role preferred.
• 1 year as a liaison or proven healthcare sales experience strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of healthcare operations, referral processes, and competitive market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Current state professional licensure essential (i.e. RN, LPN, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, SLP, etc) preferred.
• Licenses/Certificates: Current driver’s license in state of employment and acceptable driving record required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) with American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
• Current South Carolina Licensure for your scope of practice of your licensure (Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Pathologist) is required.
