About the role
The Material Management Clinical Quality Value Analyst will coordinate the Value Analysis process to source high-quality, cost-effective products for CarolinaEast Health System.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Material Management and clinical areas to ensure optimal clinical and financial outcomes from contracted products.
- Engage providers and clinicians in value-based variation reductions related to clinical practice, devices, products, and supplies.
- Support all clinical product committees and related functions such as product evaluations, implementations, and conversions.
- Identify and implement product standardization and total cost per unit reductions while continuously improving processes supporting safe patient care and high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, Surgical technology, or Radiologic Technology.
- 3-5 years relevant leadership experience coordinating teams and in a collaborative role with vendors and physicians.
- RN, RT, CST with Surgical or Procedural Services experience required.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical experience with knowledge of financial and accounting concepts preferred.
