Responsibilities
- Oversees quality improvement support, grant-funded program tracking, reporting, and technical assistance to help clinics implement standards, use data, strengthen systems, and improve care for underserved populations.
- Works with clinic partners, funders, and program leadership to advance consistent clinical quality practices and meet program and grant expectations statewide.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., public health, healthcare administration, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical quality management, grant management, or related field.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
- Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
