About the role
Join a fast-growing behavioral health practice group focused on providing evidence-based, medically driven treatment services. Offer services to clients in outpatient group offices, working a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth from a home office and in-office visits.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to adults and/or children, adolescents dealing with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, chronic stress, impulse control issues, grief/loss, and adjustment-related disorders.
- Offer evidence-based treatment interventions.
- Work in well-appointed offices equipped with an EMR system and peer consultation groups.
- Participate in APA-approved continuing education.
- Handle administrative tasks such as credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection.
- Contribute to a supportive, multi-disciplinary practice with high care collaboration.
Requirements
- Licensed or License eligible Psychologists (EdD/PsyD/PhD).
- Skilled in evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children, adolescents.
- Experience with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, chronic stress, impulse control issues, grief/loss, and adjustment-related disorders.
- Hybrid schedule including telehealth and in-office visits.
- Experience with EMR systems and peer consultation groups.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, EdD, PsyD, or PhD.
- License to practice psychology in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience in outpatient mental health settings.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment interventions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

$115,000 - $147,000 annual compensation based on productivity.
