About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to perform medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. This role does not involve treatment or medication prescription.
Responsibilities
- Conducting in-person disability assessments for Veterans.
- Reviewing and analyzing electronic medical records via a secure web portal.
- Accurately documenting exam findings and completing required VA forms.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited program.
- Active, unrestricted Psychology license.
Skills
- Proficiency with electronic documentation and web-based portals.
- Strong analytical, time management, and empathetic interaction skills.
Schedule
Full-time position with a mix of in-person and telehealth work. Predictable schedule with no on-call duties. Caseload of approximately 4 Veterans per day.
