Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and families
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic health records (EHR)
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
Qualifications & Skills
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
- Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist
- Effective communication skills in English
- Proficiency with technology, especially EHR systems
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to provide in-person services within 45 minutes of the facility
