Clinical Psychologist

About the role

We offer Psychologists a competitive compensation package with an uncapped earning potential. Compensation range is $116,000-$160,000, with a compensation model based on productivity. The position is a W2 employed role with flexible work schedules. A sign-on bonus and cash-based incentive plan are also included. The comprehensive benefits package includes a 401K with a 4% match, malpractice insurance, and paid parental leave.

Responsibilities

• Caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Providing evidence-based, medically driven treatment services
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
• Maintaining licensure and professional certifications
• Engaging in professional development and continuing education opportunities

Requirements

• Fully licensed in Arizona, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Strong clinical skills and ability to provide compassionate care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology
• Passing scores on the Praxis II exam for school psychology (if applicable)
• Completion of an APA-accredited internship program
• Current license to practice in Arizona
