Clinical Psychologist
About the role
We offer Psychologists a competitive compensation package with an uncapped earning potential. Compensation range is $116,000-$160,000, with a compensation model based on productivity. The position is a W2 employed role with flexible work schedules. A sign-on bonus and cash-based incentive plan are also included. The comprehensive benefits package includes a 401K with a 4% match, malpractice insurance, and paid parental leave.
Responsibilities
- Caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Providing evidence-based, medically driven treatment services
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintaining licensure and professional certifications
- Engaging in professional development and continuing education opportunities
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Arizona, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Strong clinical skills and ability to provide compassionate care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Psychology
- Passing scores on the Praxis II exam for school psychology (if applicable)
- Completion of an APA-accredited internship program
- Current license to practice in Arizona
