Clinical Psychologist
About the role
We offer Psychologists a competitive compensation package with an uncapped earning potential. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $160,000, with a compensation model based on productivity. The position is W2 employed and comes with a sign-on bonus and a cash-based incentive plan. A comprehensive benefits package includes a 401K with a 4% match, paid parental leave, malpractice insurance, and flexible schedules.
Responsibilities
- Caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Experienced in psychological testing (though not required)
- Part of a clinical team dedicated to improving access to mental healthcare
- Working in beautifully designed, thoughtfully laid-out offices in Renton and surrounding areas
- Offering both in-person and remote flexibility
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed as a Psychologist in Washington, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
Qualifications
Psychologists must have a strong commitment to clinical excellence and a passion for patient care.
Skills
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
