About the role
We are actively looking to hire talented Outpatient Psychiatrists in our Kansas City, MO location, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. High sign-on bonus and supervision revenue available.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care, including medication management and therapy
- Collaborate with mid-level providers (optional, with additional compensation)
- Supervision of Nurse Practitioners (lucrative compensation)
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Missouri, Board Eligible/Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Unencumbered DEA license
- Willingness to become licensed in Kansas
- Experience in both medication management and therapy

Pay
Compensation range: $350,000 to $400,000+, based on productivity model.
