About the role
We are actively looking to hire talented psychiatrists in the area who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. This is a critical part of our clinical team, offering 100% outpatient work with no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care to children, adolescents, or adults
- Leverage digital technology for patient care and administrative support
Requirements
- Fully licensed psychiatrist in Minnesota
- MD or DO degree
- Experience with child, adolescent, or adult populations

Pay
Annual compensation range: $262,000 - $393,000 (full-time) + uncapped earnings based on productivity + sign-on bonus.
